There is no purchase Minimum. We are grateful for all orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to offer you our products at a reasonable cost, however at times price changes occur outside of our control. Our website will be updated frequently.

We do not take back orders; if a product is out of stock please reorder when item is back in stock.

Orders may be placed through our online shopping cart 24/7.

Most orders will ship within three to five business days

Some items are made to order, if this is the case it will be clearly noted in the item listing. Shipping dates on these items will be emailed to you after your purchase. It is very important for you to leave an accurate, working email address, so we can communicate with you about your order. We cannot process your shipment without a working email address.

Due to the nature of our products Returns are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please order samples before purchasing larger quantities.

If an item is defective or damaged it will be replaced with an identical item. Return shipping is the customer's (your) responsibility.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your concern. All of our products are made of natural substances so therefore have a limited shelf life. Please order a small quantity if unsure of how to use the product.

When contacting us please refer to order number, date purchased and name on order.

Please open your packages and inspect the order upon receipt. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your package if there is any discrepancy.
Damage Claims:

Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of package acceptance.

Customer must retain all original packaging materials until claim is resolved. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping:

Currently we only ship to locations within the United States.

Orders ship Mondays and Thursdays, with the exception of postal holidays. All orders ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date.

At times when we are experiencing a higher volume of orders this time period may be extended.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Payment:

We accept payments through Square and PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Addresses and Email:

We require a valid working email address and a valid physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We cannot communicate or process your order without a working email address.

At no time do we use your information for any other reason than to directly communicate with you.

If you request, we can add your email address to our list, so you can receive regular updates.

We strive to offer you the highest quality product. Natural products are not consistent by nature. Sometimes essential oil scents are different from batch to batch. As we strive to ensure that products are not adulterated, the scents, textures and coloring may be different from batch to batch due to nature’s inconsistency. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase smaller size products before making larger purchases. Customers are responsible for their own use of natural herbs and essential oils.
