Sugar Scrub Ginger Coconut

-This sugar scrub is made with raw washed Demerara sugar. Demerara sugar is a type of unrefined sugar with a large grain and light brown to golden yellow color.   It is extracted from sugar cane by pressing the sugar cane, then steaming the juice forming a thick syrup.  Then the juice is spun on a turbine and the water evaporates leaving behind a crystalized course sugar that retains its natural molasses. 

 

-Sugar is a natural exfoliator, which can help to maintain healthy supple skin by aiding in the removal of a buildup of dead skin cells.   After using a sugar scrub your skin will feel smooth and soft.

 

-This sugar scrub is scented with a perfect combination of a coconut almond ginger plant-based fragrance and pure ginger essential oil.  Combined with the sweet scent of the sugar and the characteristic scent of coconut this scrub has a very exotic feel to it.  The scent is warm, sweet, yummy, rich, and spicy.   Its energetics are warming, grounding and are said to encourage warmth, courage, and optimism.

 

-Ginger Coconut Sugar scrub is fortified with organic shea nut butter and organic coconut oil. Shea butter is loaded with nourishing compounds. It is said to soften, nourish and protect the skin against drying. Coconut oil is said to soften, moisturize and protect the skin from the harsh environment.

 

-Sugar scrubs are great for the whole body except the face, neck, and any other delicate tissues where the coarse grains can tear the skin.  They can be used in the shower or bath. They also can be used in the sink for rough areas on hands or in a foot bath for the rough areas on feet. 

 

-We package our scrubs in a #1 PET(E) polyethylene terephthalate plastic container that is recyclable.
